For many years now, Prunotto Mariangela’s farm in Italy has been growing its own vegetables, using organic methods that respect both nature and the consumer. The company only uses the best quality vegetables, processing them within a few hours of the harvest. This method allows the farm to capture all the genuine flavors intact, reminding us of a taste from the past. After careful selection of the best seeds, the dehydrated legumes are vacuum packed in an elegant package. The beans reconstitute easily in water overnight or in a pressure cooker.
